Once you've landed in Guadalajara, we suggest taking transportation directly to the town of Cocula.

From the airport, it is about a 1hr 16 minute drive.

We recommend one of these 2 options to arrive at your hotel in Cocula directly from the airport:

1) TAXI

This is what we recommend most! Get an official AirportTaxi from the GDL Airport to your hotel in Cocula. It only costs about $40-55 USD.

Unfortunately Uber is no longer allowed to pick up at the Guadalajara Airport.

TAKING A TAXI IS EASY

1. Locate the taxi stand inside the airport (a small kiosk before exiting the airport)

2. Provide them with the address of your accommodation (have it written on your phone, or piece of paper, to show them in case of a language barrier)

3. Pay the amount indicated

4. Obtain a receipt from the kiosk and proceed outside where you will find multiple taxis, and taxi drivers, waiting to give you a ride.

5. Give them your receipt and show them the address of your accommodation

6. You are on your way!

1) TAXI

¡Esto es lo que más recomendamos! Obtenga un taxi autorizado desde el aeropuerto GDL hasta su hotel en Cocula. Sólo cuesta entre $850 y $1,100 pesos mexicanos.

Lamentablemente Uber ya no tiene permitido operar en el Aeropuerto de Guadalajara.
